At Resilience Behavioral Health, I offer family therapy services to help families navigate difficult situations and build stronger relationships. I am trained and experienced in a variety of approaches to family therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and structural family therapy.

About me

Hi.  I'm Jonathan Triggs.  I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor.  More specifically, I'm someone who encourages and motivates people to make changes in their lives.

I help individuals who want to discover who they truly are by seeing through the daily stressors of life.  I support them in exploring their history and uncovering patterns they may not have even been aware of so that they can begin to have more control over their emotions and their path in life.
